What is the NLB SMS Notification Service?

This is a new and free service by NLB which sends subscribers an SMS and/or email to:
• remind them to return borrowed items on time,
• notify them of overdue items, 10 and 30 days after the due date,
• send them an email confirmation of the items which have been returned at the bookdrop,
• inform them when reserved items are ready
for collection,
• notify them of the cost of any lost/damaged item, and
• alert them on the expiry of their premium/foreign membership.

The service is available to NLB members who register for the service.
