First, Export your look contacts to a CSV files by follow this link http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/Export_Outlook_Contacts_to_CSV.htm . When done, login to your yahoo mail, select contacts > imports > Select the option Microsoft Outlook CSV Files > Browse to your CSV file > Import Now.
