How to make sure that my youtube a/c ALWAYS stay in English? Currently when u view other's profiles/videos, the "language" may be changed to say Chn. How do I move a window (NOT tag, but a new window with say 3 tags) say from the extreme right of the bottom status bar (next to the clock) to say the extreme left of the status bar (next to the windows/ie icon)?
