I notice that the thumb-pad on my notebook doesn't respond at all to my touch/fingers. How do I "ACTIVATE/ENABLE" the thumbpad so that I do not have to use/plug in an external mouse for the pointer to move freely around? STEP-BY-STEP instructions please? Thnkx :-)

When I play videos from Youtube & RazorTV recently, I notice no sound coming out from my notebook. I check the Volume icon at the bottom right hand corner (next to the Clock) but its NOT muted!
